The WISE-2841M is equipped with a powerful iMX8 CPU which provides high performance computing power enabling it to perform the complex operations of edge computing and data logging on its up to 2TB internal storage area. Local IO (if required) is performed by adding a single expansion card (XV board) which gets installed inside the unit. Additional IO (local or remote) can be added by connecting one or more ICPDAS Remove IO devices (such as M-7050, ET-7052 etc).
The WISE-2841M supports a wide range of interface protocols and security features. Please see the datasheet. Programming is done via a Web Interface (low level coding is not needed). For additional configuration features and data logging and display see the optional IOTSTAR software which is supported by the WISE-2841M.
