These chassis are ATEX (explosion proof) rated. This means that if combined with an ATEX rated Panel PC in the lid and ATEX rated connectors, an ATEX rated system is possible. The complete system (even if it is made up of ATEX rated parts) will probably still have to be ATEX rated again. Talk to CME regarding ATEX rated Panel PCs.
