This includes technical support with all aspects on all levels of operation. It also includes limited in-house repairs of faulty products. More serious defective products are returned to the suppliers for repair. If possible a swap-out or loan unit is provided while the repair is being made. Small to medium quantity assembly service is also optionally available.
